To support their BHAG, we developed a brand identity that embodied the unconventional approach to consulting that sets them apart from the competition.
As the company grew rapidly—and met their BHAG well ahead of schedule—we became their go-to agency partner and have guided the brand as it has grown to include new offerings, new mediums and new audiences. Now, we’re set to help Eagle Hill reach an even bigger, even hairier and even more audacious goal: to become the gold standard of consulting.
By updating their logo, tagline and brand identity, Eagle Hill stands out in an industry dominated by dark, muted hues. The bold visual elements used across all of Eagle Hill’s brand collateral communicate their bright, creative—and unconventional—company personality.
Photo and video production
Eagle Hill has an award-winning workplace and culture, so it’s only natural that they feature their own employees prominently in their marketing. We’ve produced photo and video shoots that put their employees in the spotlight on their website, social media and in external marketing.
Branding, illustration and web development
Living Labs is one of the company’s key differentiators—an iterative research concept where ideas are tested and refined internally before being brought to market. We created an identity and innovative digital experience for the offering, and launched it internally by redesigning an interior portion of Eagle Hill’s headquarters.
Radio and Television
We’re proud to have helped Eagle Hill launch their first television ad during the Women’s World Cup. The 15-second spot, in tandem with a radio advertisement, introduced Eagle Hill to top talent in the Washington, D.C. market.
Remarketing video ads
Eye-catching animations in strategically targeted video ads helped Eagle Hill reconnect with viewers who had previously engaged with the company.
