A time for change

From our very beginning, c|change has believed in the power of business to affect positive change in the communities where we live and work. We’re driven to go above and beyond—for our clients, for their customers, for our employees, for our community, and for our planet.
That’s why we formalized our drive for change by becoming certified as a B Corporation and joined a global movement of people using business as a force for good.
About B Corporations
B Corps are for-profit businesses that meet the non-profit B Lab’s high standards of social and environmental performance, public transparency, and legal accountability to balance profit and purpose. You might not realize it, but you’ve probably already bought from a B Corp. Brands including Patagonia, Ben & Jerry’s, and Kickstarter are B Corps, as well as 3,600 other companies and counting.
What we’re doing
We’re working hard to understand and measure our impact on society and the environment. Having gone through the B Corp certification process, we can now put a number next to our impact—based on the B Impact Assessment—to ensure we’re meeting the high standards we hold for ourselves and that our stakeholders deserve.

Here are a few ways that our purpose drives the way we do business
For our employees
Healthcare for c|changers is 100% employer-paid
Our employees receive eight hours of paid volunteer time each year
Our Agents of Change program rewards employees based on them living our core values
For our community
We’re reducing waste created at the office by composting
We give buying preference to local, minority-owned and operated vendors
We’ve used our annual client holiday gift as an opportunity to do more for our community
For our clients
We help our clients find new ways to grow their business
We stand behind the quality of our work and do what it takes for our clients to feel they’ve received the full value of everything we create for them
We regularly survey our clients to measure satisfaction via NPS
Business as a force for good
Our goal to use our business as a force for good for our clients, for our community, and for our planet comes to life in many ways, including the following two videos.
Our 2022 NPS: 82
A Net Promoter Score (NPS) measures how likely customers are to recommend us to others. It’s a good indicator of whether we’re delivering the level of quality and service that we aspire to.
NPS scores of 50 and higher are considered Excellent. We pride ourselves on delivering high customer satisfaction and use our annual surveys as a way to set new goals for service.
