Big picture

During Avanade’s three-day virtual FY23 Sales Kickoff, over 814 attendees learned how they could carry momentum from the past year to reach ambitious sales goals ahead. Our team’s meticulous worldbuilding—including scripting and producing the entire event—provided a cohesive story and consistent structure for the event’s 30+ sessions.

To help Avanade’s salesforce connect, learn, and get energized for the fiscal year ahead, we knew we needed to:

  1. Develop an engaging creative concept that would be applied throughout all event assets, including videos, live presentations, and supporting communications.

  2. Oversee creative efforts and event production to ensure consistency and alignment.

  3. Coordinate between internal and external teams to make sure the event went off without a hitch.

Putting the
pieces together

We developed creative concepts and themes for each day that built off Avanade’s chosen theme of “Momentum.” These concepts became the basis for event branding that extended to numerous assets used throughout the event including:

  1. Over 30 videos, including the event's opening and closing productions

  2. The welcome kit for attendees

  3. PowerPoint presentations and slides for live and recorded sessions

  4. Live, interactive surveys and polls during the event

  5. Supporting communications leading up to and following the sales kickoff

In addition to designing the production assets, our team managed the Touchcast experience for the virtual event; scripted the entire event, assisted with prep and rehearsals for all live segments; and produced every aspect of the event, including the green room, in coordination with other vendors.

Serving as an extension of the Avanade team and sole point of contact for much of the event production, our team became instrumental in creating one cohesive story throughout the three days. This ensured that the theme of momentum was threaded through all sessions and touchpoints.

A new world for
Avanade

Over 500 Avanade sales team members virtually attended 30+ sessions during the FY23 Sales Kickoff. They left aligned, educated, and inspired to seize the momentum and carry it through the new fiscal year.

The experience, insight, and instinct of our team brought a momentum of its own through planning, development, and onto production: bringing Avanade’s vision to life in a cohesive, compelling, and coordinated way.
